Quotations

Quotations are based on the information and access available at the time of survey or enquiry, and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Where concealed defects, restricted access, or additional works are discovered once work begins, we will inform you and agree any variation in writing before proceeding.
Photographs supplied by you allow us to give an initial indication only; a site survey may be required before a firm price can be given.

Works and Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property or site at the agreed times, and to inform us of anything that may affect the safety of our operatives. We will agree working hours in advance where a property is occupied, and we will leave the working area clean and tidy on completion.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Cancellation

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of instructing us, unless you have asked us to begin work sooner and the work has been completed. Where work has begun at your request, we may charge for what has been carried out to that point. Business clients may cancel or reschedule by agreement; where materials have been ordered or specially mixed, or labour has been committed, reasonable costs may apply.

Workmanship and Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care, and we hold Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance. Where a defect in our workmanship arises, we will return and put it right. We are not liable for the condition of existing installations beyond the scope of the works instructed, for pre-existing defects, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If something is not right, please tell us. Contact us using the details below and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly and set out how and when we will resolve it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
